2-           Financial Affairs Directorate
Organization and preparation of the Ministry's draft estimated budget, analysis of its financial situation, and follow up the implementation of the accounting cycle transaction. Also, carryout all procedural requirements to preserve public funds, implement all financial transactions and keep MOJ's accounting ledgers and records.

3-           Information Systems Management Directorate (or Information Technology Directorate)
Replace all traditional manual work at the Ministry, courts, Judicial Institute and the Judicial Council with automated procedures through designing, developing and maintaining an IT infrastructure and automated applications tailored specifically to support the judiciary and support staff in timely case disposition, establishing efficient justice, as well as to simplify delivery procedures of court services to citizens.

4-           Communications Directorate
 
Strengthen communication and increase public awareness about the Ministry of Justice vision and objectives and the existing projects falling under the Judicial Upgrading Strategy as well as key achievements and future plans. Develop and implement and communications and public relations strategy for the Ministry of Justice, Judicial Council and the Judicial Institute. Coordinate all MOJ public relations and media activities communicate its role and stereotypical image to all relevant entities, press and media.

5-           Court Affairs (Operations) Management Directorate
 
Coordinate with courts to develop and modernize courts organizational structures, identify their needs and develop future plans to address the forecasted increase in number of judges, court staff and workload. Prepare and develop the infrastructure of MOJ and judiciary to support improved efficiency of the judicial system and support staff; develop work procedures at courts and contribute to the automation of it processes and procedures.

6-           Legal Affairs and International Relations Directorate
 
Provide legal opinion and advice pertaining to MOJ work, conduct a review of the conventions, treaties and memorandums of understanding related to the work of the ministry to ensure conformity with legislation in force. Also, study and follow-up changes on the international and local levels, and open communication and cooperation channels with institutions, organizations and international and foreign bodies active in the fields of judiciary, justice, integrity and transparency.

7-           Human Rights and Family Affairs Directorate
 
Instill modern trends and principles pertaining to legislation and charters relevant to the protection and respect for human rights, public liberties, and the legitimacy and safeguards of such rights. Support the Ministry's efforts to protect these rights and defend societal and public rights. Contribute to providing a supporting legislative environment for the institution of family, and further the participation of civil society in this area. Raise awareness of these concepts and principles and their importance and impact on individual citizens and the society at large.

8-           Policies and Institutional Development Unit
 
Enhance institutional performance through providing technical support in the following areas: policy setting and strategies development, strategic planning, institutional performance monitoring and evaluation, service improvement, mapping, streamlining, documentation and automation of processes and procedures. Also, follow-up and propose projects to improve and develop the institutional performance of the ministry, its facilities and the judiciary.

9-           Internal Control Unit
 
To ensure the soundness of administrative procedures and transactions and audit the Ministry's financial and administrative operations to ensure the effectiveness of MOJ's systems and operations, and its ability to achieve set objectives in accordance with established laws, principles, regulations, conventions, procedures, policies and legal obligations.
 
 
10-        Judicial Inspection Directorate 
 
Conduct inspection over trial judges, execution judges, members of the Attorney General's office and State Lawyers Assistants, excluding senior level judges, and evaluate judges' work in terms of proper application of the law and the fulfillment of requirements related to court proceedings, evidence, case adjournments and case adjudication time. Also, inspect reasoning used forissuing judgments and decisions, soundness of judgments and determine annual clearance rates for each judge. In addition, conduct inspection over departments and court staff in accordance with Judicial Inspection Regulations over regular courts that is in force.

11-        Financial Disclosure Department
 
Receive financial disclosure from those falling under the jurisdiction of the Financial Disclosure Law. Process data received; handle clarification requests and dissemination of relevant updates and information.
 
 
12-        Office of the Minister of Justice
Organize incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication of the Minister's office, arrange Minister's priorities and organize the Minister's appointments, work and meetings schedule. Provide needed information and prepare correspondence, reports and speeches of the Minister's office and provide relevant entities and departments with copies of the decisions and regulations issued by the Minister's office. Receive delegations and relevant stakeholders' representatives.
 
 
13-        Office of the Secretary General 
 
Carryout required arrangements for the SG's meetings and organize incoming and outgoing mail and communications. Also, provide necessary information and specialization as well as prepare and type correspondences, reports and speeches relevant to the Office's work. Receive delegations and relevant stakeholders' representatives.
